We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our instructors are happy to give personalized pointers.

Athletic Hatha Yoga Stretch

A strong and fundamental approach to the yoga practice, designed to align your muscles and bones with a focus on correct postures and techniques.  Increases strength and flexibility, prevents sports injuries and enhances your athletic ability. Strengthen and Stretch. All levels welcome.

Hatha Yoga Stretch

This slow, gradual yoga gently explores range of motion to bring you all the benefits of yoga. This is a practice that meets you where you are. It is encouraging, reduces pain, releases stress and anxiety. It builds physical and emotional resilience and optimizes your body’s natural healing powers. This class is a yoga of compassion: breathe, feel relaxed, stretch, and discover your yoga. All levels welcome.


Give back to your body and come relax with us. By using small balls and foam rollers you can reset the body to ideal, and get your body out of chronic pain. The key to developing strength in the workout is your setup.

Pure Pilates

By utilizing the six basic principles:  Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow, the body is transformed "from the inside out".  Emphasis is placed on strengthening the core -  leading to increased flexibility, strength and stamina.  Practitioners will notice improvement in posture and gain a feeling of control over their bodies, even ridding themselves of chronic physical limitations and weaknesses.  Come to the mat and discover a newly balanced and confident sense of self.

Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals is a class designed to cover the basic principles of yoga focusing on proper alignment in postures, linking breath with movement, and pranayama practice. Teaches the essential philosophies of Yoga through a variety of different teaching techniques. With each posture, this class will enable you to deepen your practice and explore the vast variety of postures and their health benefits. All levels welcome.

Yoga Pilates Barre

Yoga Pilates Barre classes are principally based on core elements of Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, and strength training. Low impact movements and poses that safely tone, lift and transform. With a strong focus on restoring the core and proper alignment. We use props to help students gain benefit from poses that they ordinarily wouldn’t be able to do because of physical restrictions or injuries or to deepen experience in poses they already do. It is optional to add weights to your routine for strength and bone building. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic class focused on flowing in and out of postures. Deepen your practice by learning how to link your breath with movement in a flow-style based class. Work on building strength, endurance and flexibility while focusing the mind on the breath. This class is a vigorous flow that will challenge your body and mind to grow and allow you to connect deeper to your practice. Modifications will be provided for all students to learn to grow and flow with ease and grace. All levels welcome. Not a beginner class.
